Our Approach
Mindfuel360 will be the one-stop solution for all your well-being needs. All our programs are custom-made based on the well-being score for individuals and EWS (Employee well-being score), OCS (Organizational culture score), and EPS (Employee promoter score) for organizations. These scores are calculated through a simple and effective survey. Support is provided through workshops, 1:1 consultations with domain experts, personal/organizational tools, user-friendly resources, and policy level interventions (for organizations) to make sure the impact is sustainable.
